The Primary School CEIP Cervantes, in Torrelavega, hosted the CCC's mobile exhibition on one of the last days of the Tour in Spain. 

Workshops on Mesolithic and Neolithic pottery and Rock art, and Paleolithic cave painting, where delivered to 100 pupils of Year 5 and Year 6. 

The work of underwater archaeologists and their techniques when excavating submerged pre-historic sites attired most of the questions of the pupils visiting the CCC's exhibition in the Discovery Bus.

           

A very special day for all then who had the oporttunity to approach heritage in a very different way.

Moreover, their teachers were fastinated about the pupils motivation when participating in the workshops and how helpful was for them to approach the contents learned in the Classroom through the hands-on activities and workshops of the CCC Dicovery Bus.
